When your whole group is watching the leaderboard, skipping today's workout gets a lot harder.

Fit with Friends turns your Apple Watch activity into a group fitness competition. Connect your Apple Health data, invite your friends, and compete to see who's closing their Move, Exercise, and Stand rings the most — over one day or up to a month.

Points are based on ring completion percentages, not raw numbers. So your daily walk earns points just like a marathon session, and a beginner can compete fairly against a seasoned athlete. Everyone plays from their own fitness level.
