HOW IT WORKS

One promise. One cadence. One squad.

• Pick a workout you will do: strength, run, walk, cycle, yoga, swim. • Pick how often: daily, or a few times a week. • Commit out loud. Your squad sees the goal, the target, and every edit. • Post a photo every time you do the work. No photo, no check-in.

The squad sees the post, cheers it, comments. They also see the streak on the leaderboard. They see if it breaks.

Your squad sees your posts and your streak. Nobody else. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, we don't build cross-app profiles of you. Rally never handles money, processes payments, routes donations, or accepts wagers of any kind — goals are personal commitments only. Deletion is one tap in Profile → Delete account.
