YOU SET THE RULES Your goals aren't their goals, and that's the point. You pick the categories you care about and decide what each one is worth, up to 50 points a day. She's chasing protein and steps; he's chasing strength and sleep. You still compete on an even field, because you're both playing for the same 50.

BATTLES WITH REAL STAKES Pick a length — three days, a week, first to 150 points — and pick a prize. Dinner out. Loser does the dishes for a week. Winner picks the next vacation spot. Side-by-side progress bars update every time either of you logs something.

PRIVACY BUILT IN Battles show points only. Your partner sees that you earned 16 of 16 calorie points. They never see your weight, your meals, or anything else you log. Some things stay yours.
