ROOMS AND CONDITION

Six common rooms are ready from the start, and you can add, rename, reorder or remove them. Check floor, walls, ceiling, windows, doors and heating as in order, defective, not applicable or not yet checked. Add a note only where it helps.

PHOTOS WITH CONTEXT

Take or choose several photos for every room. Each image keeps its capture time and an optional caption. Photos appear next to the room in the PDF, not in a separate camera roll mystery.

METER READINGS AND KEYS

Record electricity, gas, cold water, hot water and heating meters with number, value, unit and an optional evidence photo. List every key type and quantity, from the apartment door to the mailbox and basement.

AGREEMENTS AND SIGNATURES
