Sway keeps track of how much you have drunk versus your own target, from what you log: past, present, and where tonight is heading. You notice when your pace is about to overshoot.

Most trackers treat a drink as a checkbox and give you one number. Sway follows your night minute by minute: drinks are sipped over time, food slows things down, and the count keeps moving after your last sip. You see where you have been, where you are now, and where tonight is heading, with an honest uncertainty band around the projection.
