HOW IT WORKS

1. You pick the apps. Instagram, TikTok, the news — whatever is eating your hours. You write, in your own words, why each one is on the list.

2. The pause arrives when you open them. One breath. Your own words. Today's number: "You have opened TikTok 7 times. You turned back 4." Then two buttons: Put it down, or Open anyway. Ubrutt never blocks — you decide, every single time. But you decide with your eyes open.

3. The ledger remembers. How many times you opened it. How long you stayed. How many times you turned back. Real numbers from your own phone, not invented "hours saved". No points, no flames, no tree that dies when you slip.

SESSIONS YOU CAN SEE Start an unbroken session from Control Centre, the Lock Screen, the Action Button or Siri. The countdown sits in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen for as long as it runs. Visible to you — and to the people sitting with you.

WORK AND LIFE, KEPT APART Your rules follow the clock and the weekday. Slack and Teams without friction from eight to five, with friction after. Instagram gets fifteen minutes at lunch. Because your job lives in the same apps as your distraction.
