Automatic workout unlocks

Apple Screen Time shields the apps you choose. Finish a walking, outdoor running, hiking, or cycling goal. Apple Health verifies the workout type, duration, or distance on device, and the shield is removed automatically.

For goals that Apple Health cannot verify—such as studying, reading, or housework—you can record completion directly in the app.

Private by design

There is no account, ad SDK, or analytics SDK. Workout originals, routes, location, heart rate, and calories are never stored or sent off device. Unlock conditions, history, and Screen Time selections stay on your iPhone.
