Breathing practice should fit you—not the other way around. Find Peace is a customizable breathing guide for iPhone and Apple Watch. Set every part of your rhythm, then follow the blooming lotus as it expands and contracts with each breath.

MAKE THE PATTERN YOURS • Set breathe-in and breathe-out from 2 to 10 seconds • Add optional holds after the inhale or exhale • Choose sessions from 1 to 30 minutes • Start with Breathe, Relax, and Focus presets, or save your own • Reorder and sync presets between iPhone and Apple Watch

CHOOSE YOUR GUIDANCE • Show or hide coaching labels • Feel guided haptics and a distinct completion cue • Use gentle gong cues at breath transitions and a double gong at completion
