Overload is a straightforward gym tracker for people who want to log their workouts and actually see the progress.

No account. No sign-in. Your training history is stored on your device, not on someone else's server.

TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS

Build workouts from a library of exercises across chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs, core, kettlebell and cardio. Log sets, reps and weight as you go, with targets carried over from last time so you always know what you're working towards.

Overload handles more than barbells. Bodyweight exercises track total reps, assisted movements track how much help you're using, and timed exercises track duration — each with its own progress metric rather than one measure forced onto everything.

SEE THE PROGRESS

Every exercise gets its own progress chart built from your logged sessions. The home screen surfaces the exercise you've improved most this month, plus your workout count and recent sessions, so a glance tells you how you're tracking.

Hit five consistent sessions on an exercise and Overload offers to alter your targets — for that workout alone, or as a new baseline everywhere it appears. You decide when to modify your exercises, not an algorithm.

BUILT FOR REAL SESSIONS

A built-in stopwatch and countdown timer for rest and work intervals. A Live Activity keeps your session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Complex and AMRAP formats let you run timed circuit rounds and log rounds completed.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Back up to your own iCloud Drive, automatically after each workout if you like, or export a backup file to keep wherever you want. Nothing is uploaded to us. There is nothing to sign into.

OVERLOAD PRO

Free includes up to 3 workouts with up to 10 exercises each — enough for a real training split.

Pro raises those to 100 workouts with up to 50 exercises each, and adds workout sharing: send a workout to a training partner as a link. The workout travels inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded anywhere.
