Form Filler turns any PDF form into a reusable template. Import a referral or intake form once, mark where each piece of information goes, and from then on fill it out in seconds and export a clean, completed PDF — without ever printing, scanning, or hand-writing the same details again.

HOW IT WORKS • Import a PDF form from Files, email, or any app. • Tap to place fields exactly where they belong, then set each one's type, size, font, and alignment. • Switch to Fill mode and type your information into an ordered list, with a live preview of the finished page beside you. • Export the completed form to share, save to Files, or print — the original template is reused, untouched, ready for the next one.

PRACTITIONER PROFILES Store your name, clinic address, phone, fax, email, provider ID, and signature once. Choose a profile and every completed form fills those details in automatically — ideal if you work across more than one location.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your patients' information never leaves the device. Nothing is uploaded, tracked, or collected. Draft forms in progress are saved in an encrypted vault on your iPad and can be cleared any time.
