User Reviews

Recurring themes in user reviews show a split: the app can be useful and even essential for filling PDFs and offers a seemingly cost-effective option with a nice UI, but widespread billing problems, difficult cancellations, limited app functionality vs the website, notable bugs, and weak support dominate the feedback.
Pros
  • Useful for filling and editing PDFs; many users rely on it for essential document work.
  • Seen as a cost-effective option relative to competitors like Adobe Acrobat for PDF tasks.
  • Attractive user interface and overall design mentioned positively by some users.
  • Provides cross-platform workflow with website storage, aiding access to documents across devices.
  • Some reviewers consider the app essential or reliably useful when it functions.
Cons
  • Billing and subscription issues: frequent charges after cancellation and misleading free-trial pricing.
  • Hard or opaque cancellation process within the app; users report continued charges despite cancellation.
  • App functionality lags behind the website; many features require paying or upgrading to download/export.
  • Bugs and reliability problems: uploading failures, formatting losses, slow launches, and other defects.
  • Customer support and refunds concerns, with several reviews describing unhelpful responses or disputed charges.
Recent reviews
The app is well designed, easy to use, and worked perfectly for what I needed. I just did not have an ongoing use for it. I accidentally missed the end of my free trial and was charged for the annual plan. Bogs and Sally were both understanding and helped me resolve the issue with a full refund! They didn’t have to do that and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service!
