FormFill has no accounts, no email sign-up and no third-party analytics. Your documents are processed on your iPhone and never uploaded anywhere. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" — because it isn't.

Your first 3 documents are completely free — filling, signing and export included, no strings attached. Premium unlocks unlimited documents and multiple saved signatures: a monthly or yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Exact prices are shown in the app before you pay — and before you start filling in.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Restore Purchases always works.
