Steady20 is strength training for people who want to be consistent.

Every session is 20 minutes. You get a short warm-up, then a superset you repeat for as many rounds as you can manage in the time. One round or six, it all counts. The app keeps score, including partial rounds, so progress is visible even on the days you have less to give - your performance is analysed and progressive overload is automatically built in.

It is built around the six core movement patterns: push, pull, squat, hinge, core, and conditioning. You don't need anything else. You start at a level that fits you today, and the app eases each exercise forward as your sessions start to feel easier. No guesswork, no spreadsheets, no ego.
