Before a session, an optional check-in asks how you're feeling and lets you set an intention for the practice. When you finish, a calm completion screen shows how the session moved you. A private journal lives alongside it — answer the day's reflection prompt or write freely. Journal entries and mood check-ins stay on your device; we don't read or store their contents on our servers.
