This is the first breathing app I’m actually keeping on my phone bc it fits what I need without extra noise. The guided sessions are easy to follow, the UI is really calm, and I like seeing my minutes + history without it turning into points/badges overload. Would love Apple Watch stuff down the road like quick start from wrist but for building a real daily breathwork habit this one matches how I live. appreciate the care you put in.
