I have never meditated before but I have always been curious because some of my friends are doing it and it helped them tremendously with stress. I tried Youtube video but it kinda rigid in term of customization. This one just works! So simple yet effective. I just put in the length, put on wave sound, and turn on the voice guidance. I like how it buzz cuz I don’t wanna look at the screen when I’m meditating. Highly recommend for any beginners. There are some advance option up there to but I need to make my way to them~

My friend recommended I try this app as I was having trouble sleeping at night and I am very shocked to say this but it actually works! My heart rate was lower and I felt like I was right by the ocean. Very helpful!
