The PDF is shared separately. PlaceLedger does not upload the report, photos, address, notes, signatures, PDF, or GPS stamps for this feature.

No account is required for local reports. Report content remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Optional usage measurement is off by default.

One condition report is included. Each optional One Condition Report purchase adds capacity for another report, a watermark-free PDF for that report, and its Verified Review. Lifetime Unlock adds unlimited reports and watermark-free PDFs. No subscription.

PlaceLedger is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice, verify that report contents are factually correct, represent users in disputes, or guarantee any deposit, bond, inspection, insurance, or legal outcome.
