• Walkthrough photos — document every room with timestamped photos at move-in, during your lease, and at move-out. Export a clean PDF report when you need to dispute a deposit deduction.

• Maintenance log — record every issue with photos, dates, and status. When you're going back and forth with the super, you'll have the paper trail.

• Communication archive — paste landlord messages, save screenshots, tag by topic. Search across everything when you need to prove what was said.

• Payment log — keep a private record of every rent payment with optional receipt photos. Useful when a landlord disputes a payment that you actually made.

• Apartment specs — paint colors, appliance models, breaker map, Wi-Fi router, drain quirks. Things you wish you'd written down on day one.
