Contrast Tracker is a private journal built specifically for contrast therapy: sauna and cold plunge sessions, captured round by round while the details are still fresh.

Guided session flow Run a live contrast session round by round. Log sauna and cold plunge duration, temperature, and humidity for each round as you go. When you're done, finish the session and everything saves back into your journal automatically.

Environment presets Save your home sauna, gym setup, backyard barrel, or any environment you use regularly. Presets pre-fill your session defaults so you're not re-entering the same temperatures every time.

How did it feel? Tag each session with a feeling badge: Energized, Calm, Drained, Focused, or Restored. See your most common feeling over any period in Insights.

Insights that mean something Track sauna and plunge time, round counts, and session averages over 7, 30, or 90 days. Compare periods to see if your practice is trending up or down.
