MSCLS is a focused strength-training tracker for the gym. Log every set with weight and reps, see exactly which muscles you trained on a full-body map, and watch your personal records fall - all in a clean, native iOS app.

LOG EVERY SET, FAST

• Type weight and reps, tap the circle to mark a set done with a satisfying haptic
• New and routine sets carry greyed suggestions from your last session at the same gym, so you usually just tap to confirm
• Mark sets as warm-up, drop set or failure from a long-press menu
• Bodyweight and weighted-variant moves fold your body weight into your volume totals
• Log gym cardio too - treadmill, rowing, cycling - with time and distance

A WORKOUT FLOW THAT KEEPS UP

• Phased exercise cards: the active card stays open, finished ones recap, and finishing a set auto-advances to the next exercise
• Reorder, add, replace or remove exercises mid-session
