LS Workout Tracker is a no-nonsense strength training log built for lifters who care more about the next set than the app they're using to track it. Build your program once — push, pull, legs, or whatever split you like. Pick a day at the gym, start the workout, and log sets between rest periods. The whole point: you spend less than ten seconds per set tapping the screen. Everything is local. No login. No email signup. No analytics. No ads. Your training history lives on your phone, where it belongs. KEY FEATURES • Programs and days you design yourself — sets, rep range, default weight per exercise. • Fast set log with mono-style number pickers and per-exercise weight steps (½, 1, 2½, 5 kg / 1, 2½, 5 lb). • Mid-workout exercise swap — smith machine occupied? Switch to the plate-loaded variant for this session only, with the sets attributed to the actual exercise. • Resume from anywhere — close the app, come back hours later, the workout's still going. • PR detection — weight PR, rep-at-weight PR, and estimated 1RM PR, surfaced on the summary screen. • Compare against your last session of the same day — top set, volume, delta arrows. • Stats screen — top set, volume, and estimated 1RM trends per exercise. • Built-in exercise library of 120+ common gym lifts you can pick from while editing programs. • iOS Live Activity — your current exercise, set count, and rest timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. • Light and dark themes, plus a choice of accent colors. WHY LOCAL-ONLY Most workout trackers want your email, your data, and an attention budget. This one wants neither. The database is a SQLite file on your phone. Uninstall and it's gone. Back up your phone and it's backed up. That's the deal. WHO IT'S FOR If you write your program once and run it for a training block, log between sets without overthinking it, and want to see whether you're actually getting stronger week over week — this is the app. If you want social features, calorie counting, an AI coach, or a community feed, this is the wrong app. HOW IT WORKS

  1. Set your unit (kg or lb).
  2. Create a program. Add days. Add exercises to each day with target sets, rep ranges, and starting weight.
  3. From the home screen, hit START WORKOUT, pick a program day, hit play.
  4. Log each set as you finish it. The big "LOG SET" button opens a sheet with reps, weight, and RIR pickers — sane defaults pre-filled from your last performance.
  5. Rest timer starts automatically if you've set one in Settings. Live Activity ticks on the Lock Screen.
  6. Finish the workout — see a summary with PRs, volume, comparison vs last time, and your tonnage trend. PRIVACY Nothing leaves your phone. ABOUT Built with love by one person who got tired of training app friction. I hope you don't feel the same anymore!
