Create workout days like Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower, or whatever split fits your training. Add exercises from the built-in library or roll your own. Set target sets, rep ranges, and starting weights once.
LOG FAST, LIFT MORE
Logging a set takes two taps in the common case. Suggested weights appear based on your past sessions. The rest timer fires automatically between sets with subtle haptics and an optional chime. Swap exercises mid-workout if the machine is taken. Pause when life happens, resume when you're back.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Every session is saved with full history — sets, reps, weights, dates. Dive into any exercise to see how your top set has moved over weeks and months. Watch the line go up.
APPLE HEALTH
Every finished workout is written to Apple Health as a Traditional Strength Training session, so your lifts show up in the Fitness app and count toward your activity rings. The integration is optional, toggle it on or off any time in Settings › Apple Health. Lazee writes only the workout start and end time, and never reads any data back from Apple Health.
