Every set you log feeds a deterministic on-device engine that knows when to add weight, when to hold, and when to deload - automatically, every session, no AI required. Your workout works fully offline. Your data stays on your device - we don't see it.

When the AI does help, it helps where it matters: building your starting program from your goals, equipment, and injuries. And every week, a quick check-in (fatigue, soreness, notes) adapts your upcoming week to how your body is actually responding.

OFFLINE-FIRST

Workout logging works with zero connectivity. AI is called only at three specific moments - onboarding program generation, session-start coach card pre-fetch, and weekly check-in submission - and never blocks a session.

PRIVACY

We don't collect your name, email, or location. Workout data stays on your device - v1.0 doesn't sync across devices. AI calls send anonymized workout snapshots to our backend; we don't sell or advertise on your data. Full details in our privacy policy.

SUBSCRIPTION

Forge is free to use for logging, progressive overload, streaks, and PR tracking. AI-powered features (program generation, coach cards, check-in adaptation, muscle heatmap, imbalance warnings) require Forge Pro at $9.99/month or $59.99/year.

A 14-day free trial of all Pro features starts when you pick the AI Coach path during onboarding (Apple StoreKit Introductory Offer - no charge if cancelled before day 15). Manage anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
