HOW IT WORKS Each morning, RecoverySync reads three signals from Apple Health: • Heart Rate Variability (RMSSD) — 50% of your score • Resting Heart Rate — 30% of your score • Sleep Duration — 20% of your score

Each metric is compared against your personal 28-day baseline to produce a clear daily score from 0 to 100: • HIGH (76-100): Your body is ready to push. • MODERATE (51-75): Train mindfully — listen to your body. • LOW (0-50): Prioritize rest and recovery today.

You can adjust the weighting of each metric to match your training style.
