HOW IT WORKS Each morning, RecoverySync reads three signals from Apple Health: • Heart Rate Variability (RMSSD) — 50% of your score • Resting Heart Rate — 30% of your score • Sleep Duration — 20% of your score

Each metric is compared against your personal 28-day baseline to produce a clear daily score from 0 to 100: • HIGH (76-100): Your body is ready to push. • MODERATE (51-75): Train mindfully — listen to your body. • LOW (0-50): Prioritise rest and recovery today.

You can adjust the weighting of each metric to match your training style.

RecoverySync also turns your score into action: a daily training-intensity recommendation and tonight's sleep target, based on your recent sleep debt.

PRIVACY RecoverySync does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All recovery scores and preferences are stored on your device using SwiftData. Read-only access to Apple HealthKit, never written back.
