LoadPR is a minimalist weightlifting PR tracker built around three jobs: log the lift, work the percentages, load the bar. No social feed. No streaks. No AI chatbot. Just the tools serious lifters actually use between sets.

ON APPLE WATCH Leave your phone in the bag. Pick a lift on your wrist, spin the Digital Crown to any percentage of your max, and read the exact plate-loadable weight — with a color-coded plate diagram. Works in lbs or kg and follows your gym's available plates.

PR TRACKING Log weight, reps, and date for every personal record. Edit or delete any entry — swipe, long-press, or tap the pencil. Automatic 1RM estimates via the Epley formula. Search and sort your exercises by name, recent activity, or weight.

PERCENTAGE CALCULATOR Eight preset percentages from 50% to 95%, plus custom values. Configurable rounding at 2.5, 5, or 10 lbs/kg so the result lands on real plates. Copy any number with one tap. Toggle lbs and kg without losing your place.

PLATE CALCULATOR A clean visual diagram of one side of the bar. Plates are color-coded the way you already know them: 45 blue, 35 green, 25 yellow, 10 orange, 5 red, 2.5 gray. The greedy algorithm loads the heaviest plates first and shows the closest reachable weight when your target doesn't match.

WIDGETS Small, medium, and large home-screen widgets, plus inline, circular, and rectangular lock-screen widgets. Cycles hourly through your most relevant lifts based on your training schedule and how stale each PR is.

TIMER MODES (LoadPR+) EMOM, HIIT/Tabata, and AMRAP — built in, no extra app needed.
