NEW: ASK SIRI Loading up between sets? Just ask. PlatePal now works with Siri, Shortcuts, and Spotlight, so you can get your plate math hands-free. Say "How would I load my barbell in PlatePal" and Siri tells you — and shows you — exactly which plates to put on each side, using your active gym profile's bar, plates, and units. Give the weight in pounds or kilograms; if it isn't your gym's unit, PlatePal converts it for you automatically. Want the full screen instead? Say "Show me how to load my barbell in PlatePal" to jump straight to the Load screen with that weight already dialed in. Hands-free plate math, right when you need it.

LOAD (free) • Type a target weight and see the exact per-side plate breakdown instantly. • A to-scale barbell visualization using standard competition plate colors. • Step up or down by your chosen increment, or tap a recent weight. • When an exact load isn't possible, PlatePal shows the nearest loadable weight.

REVERSE (now free) • Build a load by tapping plates and watch the running total. • Perfect for "what's already on the bar?" or working up by feel. • Load and Reverse now share one working weight. Type 225 on Load, flip to Reverse, and it's already there (and the other way around).

WORKOUT TAB (new) • Tap "Add to Workout" on Load or Reverse to log the weights you hit. • Reorder them, then copy the whole list to paste into your gym or notes app. • Kept separately for each gym profile, so your home-gym and commercial-gym sessions never mix.

PERCENTAGES • Tap "%" on Load or Reverse for a table from 20% to 120%, mapped to your exact plates and built for percentage-based programming. Every row shows the nearest loadable weight. • The base weight is yours to edit and never overwrites what's on the bar.

PLATE INVENTORY • Set how many of each plate you own, or mark them unlimited for gym mode. PlatePal only suggests loads you can actually build.

MULTIPLE GYMS & BARS (Pro) • Save a separate setup (plates, bars, and units) for every place you train. • Switch bars (Olympic, women's, trap, technique, or custom) per session without touching your profile.
