HOW IT WORKS

• Tell the app your running pace and walking pace (in min/km). • Build a workout with three sections: Warm Up, Main, and Cool Down. • Each section has its own number of sets, run period, and walk period. • The app estimates total distance from your paces in real time. • Hit Play. The timer guides you through every interval.
