Mistrzowska Forma is a mobile app that supports strength training — from planning workout routines, through live workout tracking, to analyzing history, personal records, and progress.

The app allows you to create your own workout plans, use an exercise catalog, log sets, weights, reps, and monitor your development over time. With workout history, you can return to previous sessions and check how your volume, consistency, and results change over time.
