Wearable Lab

Stanford Wearable Lab App helps learners download their personal wearable health data, including heart rate, activity, sleep, ECG, SpO₂, respiratory rate, temperature-related signals, and other data made available by supported wearable devices or health platforms.

Learners can use their downloaded data with the Stanford Data Ocean educational wearable digital health modules to explore how wearable devices collect and represent different types of health data. The modules are designed to help learners understand wearable signals, data types, digital biomarkers, and health-related insights through hands-on learning.

The app supports educational use by allowing learners to connect their own data to interactive learning activities and receive personalized, AI-assisted insights about their wearable data.
