I was skeptical that an app would have the power to motivate me, but I was "challenged" by a good friend and am now hooked. The app communicates seamlessly with my Fitbit and provides great accountability. Graphics are excellent and the app is user friendly with just the right amount of interaction. When I broke the first streak (aka lost the challenge), my motivation dropped off. I love the competition aspect and recommend the app to all of my friends!

I know I am in the early stages of using My Health Sentry, but the updates are spot on and the integration with wearables is very smooth. Nice app and looking forward to using it more in competition settings!
