Tolerated+ guides reintroduction challenges, personal thresholds, deeper insights, dietitian reports, and CSV export so meals can feel less uncertain again.

REINTRODUCTION, DONE GENTLY Avoidance is only the first part. Tolerated+ gives guided 6-day challenges for FODMAP groups, histamine stages, AIP categories, IC triggers, and more: three rising-dose days, three rest days, symptom logs, and a final verdict of tolerated, partial, or not tolerated.

PERSONAL THRESHOLDS Most reactions are not all-or-nothing. Record safe amounts and trigger amounts per food, with confidence levels, so you can remember things like "half an avocado is okay; a whole one is not."
