Once again, this is one of the apps of the series that I reviewed earlier, this app right here helps you with managing foods they can cause issues with your autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses. It helps you to eliminate and re-introduce foods to see how they are affecting you. It also has a histamine and AIP to help you better manage your food intake. Once again this app is a game changer for people like me and I just want to say thank you to the developer for all three of these wonderful apps.
