The Evening Flow guides you through five gentle steps: • Name — Identify what's ahead and how you're feeling about it • Dump — Get every worry out of your head and onto the screen • Sort — Separate what you can control from what you can't • Plan — Turn controllable concerns into concrete action items for tomorrow • Release — Let go with a guided sleep technique

SLEEP TECHNIQUES

Choose from guided relaxation exercises designed to quiet your mind: • Box Breathing and 4-7-8 Breathing • Body Scan and Progressive Relaxation • Cognitive Shuffle • Watching the River (visualization) • Tomorrow's Moment (positive rehearsal)

Each technique includes ambient sounds and gentle haptic cues so you can close your eyes and follow along.

MORNING CHECK-IN

Wake up to your action items — just the practical steps, no anxiety content. Check them off as you go and build confidence for the day ahead.

REFLECTION & INSIGHTS

After your event, reflect on what actually happened vs. what you feared. Over time, the Insights dashboard reveals patterns: your anxiety accuracy, which techniques work best, and how your confidence grows.
