SEE YOUR PROGRESS Every exercise shows your best performance and a color-coded progress badge. The chart adjusts by period (week, month, year, all-time) and estimates your 1RM using the Brzycki formula, so reps-at-weight and pure 1RM are comparable on the same scale.
