SplitSet is a watchOS-first strength training companion. Build your routines once on iPhone — exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest periods — then leave your phone in your bag. At the gym, your Apple Watch is your coach.

WATCH-FIRST WORKOUT PLAYER Your entire workout runs on Apple Watch. No phone needed at the gym. SplitSet walks you through every set in order, counts down your rest automatically, and advances to the next exercise when you're ready. Your only job is the rep.

LIFT SPEED TRACKING Enable lift speed on any workout to measure acceleration as you move. A live g-force readout appears on your wrist during each set, and peak and average values are saved with your session history — so you can track bar speed over time alongside your weights.

WEIGHT LOGGING Use the Digital Crown to log the weight you used after each set. Your last weight pre-fills automatically so logging takes a second, not a minute. Rest starts ticking the moment you finish a set, so none of your recovery time is wasted.

SESSION HISTORY Every completed workout syncs back to your iPhone automatically. Review past sessions with a full per-set breakdown — weights, lift speed, and timestamps. Export any workout's history as a Markdown file for backup or analysis.
