BUILT FOR DESK WORKERS Positions was designed specifically for people who spend their day at a desk. Every exercise is tagged by body region (neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, hands) and rated for desk-friendliness, so you can do most of them without leaving your workspace.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS Unlike generic reminder apps, Positions reads your actual exercise stack and sends contextual reminders: → "Time to move!
