The app I was going to write! As someone joining (what I assume is) the “FreshDesk now charges” exodus, I was used to the not great, but good enough for mobile Freshdesk iOS app. The “official” FreeScout app is functional, but seems to be little more than the website itself which is a bit clunky (e.g. buttons have off-screen dropdowns and similar). Only one thing missing - access to Saved Replies. Perhaps I missed this? Want some help adding it? See my reddit response in r/Freescout. Thanks!
