| 2026-05-06 | Pu***** | I felt like I was plateauing at the gym and then came across this app which uses e1RM. It analyzes my lifts and tells me exactly how to progress so that I’m not left guessing. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to build strength in the gym! | |

| 2026-04-14 | yr***** | After about a week of use, my templates and work out history are gone. I’m still logged in, but everything is missing. The Apple health sync doesn’t seem to do anything. | |

| 2026-04-05 | Re***** | I’ve used a LOT of workout apps over the years, and this one is on a completely different level The way it uses e1RM (estimated 1 rep max) is straight up game-changing. Instead of guessing if I should bump weight or chase more reps, the app actually analyzes my lifts and tells me exactly what’s optimal for strength progression. It’s like having a coach in your pocket that actually understands progressive overload and doesn’t just throw cookie-cutter programs at you. The AI is legit. It looks at your sets, reps, fatigue patterns, and performance trends and adjusts recommendations based on real data — not just vibes. Some days it pushes me to add weight, other days it has me grind out extra reps to build volume… and it’s been spot on every time. I’ve already seen my numbers go up across the board — bench, squat, deadlift — all climbing without burning out. That balance between intensity and volume is dialed in perfectly. If you’re serious about lifting, tracking your workouts, and actually getting stronger (not just going through the motions), this app is a must. Absolute weapon for anyone trying to break plateaus and maximize gains | |
