We built Performant for anyone who wants to make better decisions from their health data, not just athletes. Whether you want to feel better, build healthier habits, or train more intentionally, Performant gives you a clearer view of what your body is telling you.

Most of Performant is free to use. Daily insights, core health scores, trends, basic nutrition, and metrics are available without a subscription. Pro unlocks higher usage limits for AI Chat and AI Nutrition, longer-term trend history, and advanced features.

AI Nutrition Tracking Log meals with voice, photos, or text. Performant helps estimate calories, macros, and micronutrients so nutrition tracking feels faster and less tedious.

AI Health Chat Ask questions about your sleep, recovery, strain, nutrition, stress, and fitness data. Free users can send a limited number of AI messages each day, with much higher limits available in Pro.

Fitness and Recovery Use your daily scores and trends to guide training, rest, and habit changes. Performant helps you spot when your body may be ready for more effort or when recovery should come first.

Stress Monitoring Track stress patterns alongside sleep, recovery, strain, and fitness data so you can better understand how daily life affects your body.

Performant is free to download and includes core health dashboards, daily insights, scores, metrics, and limited daily access to AI features.

Performant Pro is available as an optional auto-renewing subscription. Pro unlocks higher AI Chat and AI Nutrition limits, longer-term trend history, and advanced features. A free trial may be available for eligible users.

You can manage or turn off auto-renew at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
