I’ve been using this app for about a month now. I like that it guides me through a surprisingly challenging workout in less than 30 minutes and doesn’t require any equipment, other then a pull-up bar if you want to do the pull-ups and bar hang. I’ve seen a big improvement in my strength and have even gone down a belt size, although I’m sure that trying to have slightly better self control with what I eat probably contributed to that as well.
