For training, injury & rehab
YOUR DAILY MOVEMENT READ
Every morning, see how ready you are to move today, and where. Legs, core, upper body: ready, working, loaded, or ease off. Built from your sleep, HRV, recent training, and how you feel. Tap any signal to see what's driving it. Know which days to push and which to protect.
FEEL VS YOUR DATA
Sensus starts where every sensor stops: how your body actually FEELS. When the two don't line up, when you feel stiff but your signals read strong, or feel great when they're low, Sensus surfaces it. That gap is where the most useful insight lives.
THE READ THAT GRADES ITSELF
Every read is a call, and Sensus holds itself to it. The next morning it checks back: what did you do, and how did it land? Trained through a caution and woke up tender? The read had it. Sensus grades its own call, shows how often it's been right, and gets sharper with every close.
YOUR DAILY PROGRAM
Under your read, Sensus offers one short session matched to your day: gentle movements shaped by your read, your training, and any plan your practitioner shared. Then a quick check: did it help? Over time it learns what helps you most. Wellness movement, never a prescription.
MOVEMENT CAPACITY
See how recovered each muscle group is after you train. Sensus reads your workouts and shows which areas are still working, sore, or ready again: honest qualitative states, never a fake recovery score.
THE CONSENSUS
See what's actually working for people with bodies like yours, by age, body region, and how you train. As people log how they feel, Sensus anonymously surfaces what's helping others with similar patterns, pain, and bodies. Real insights from real people, not generic advice. Contribute anonymously, benefit together.
ASK SENSUS
Talk to your data. Ask anything about your patterns and get answers grounded in your actual history. AI that knows YOUR body.
AI-POWERED PATTERN DISCOVERY
Sensus finds what you can't see on your own: hidden triggers, delayed effects that surface days later, combinations that make things better or worse. The longer you log, the smarter it gets.
PERSONALISED TO YOUR SPORT
If you train, tell Sensus your sport and where you are in your season. It tunes what it watches for you and how it talks to you.
YOUR WEEKLY READ & BODY BRIEFS
A clear, visual read of your week: what you called right before the data did, what eased, where you're recovered, and what Sensus learned about you. Plus body briefs that cut through health myths with what your data shows, and a clean summary to share with your physio or GP.
APPLE HEALTH & WEARABLE INTEGRATION
Sensus reads from Apple Health and works with any wearable that writes to it: Whoop, Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Polar, and more. Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, SpO2, and more, all correlated with how you actually feel. Apple Health measures. Sensus understands.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Your health data stays on your device, and only ever leaves if YOU choose to share it: anonymised, aggregated patterns with the community, or your progress with a practitioner you link. No ads. No data selling. Ever.
DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE
No overwhelming dashboards. No endless forms. Clean, calm, fast.
WHO SENSUS IS FOR
Active people who want to connect how they train with how they feel. Anyone recovering from injury. People managing pain or stiffness who want to understand what's connected to it. Anyone tired of searching their symptoms and getting fear instead of answers.
BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO NEEDED IT
Sensus was built by an Exercise Science student and former athlete who broke her collarbone and spiralled into health anxiety. She wanted to know how her body would move each day, and to notice what it was telling her before it became something bigger. Your body is trying to tell you something. Sensus helps you understand what it means.
