Your Apple Watch already measures everything. Woah makes the numbers useful and turns them into clear actions: go hard today, or take it easy. No new hardware needed.
Every morning, one number tells you how hard to go today.
Woah reads how you actually slept and how your heart behaved overnight, mainly heart rate variability and resting heart rate, and compares it to what is normal for you rather than a generic average. Your recovery score is waiting when you wake up: 0 to 100. High means go. Train hard, take on more, spend the energy. Low means your body is still rebuilding, so ease off today and come back stronger.
Then it answers the questions you actually wake up with. Should I train today? Am I getting sick? How far behind on sleep am I? When should I wind down?
No spreadsheets, no guessing. One score, one clear call.
WHAT YOU GET
Recovery score: how ready you are today, built from your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and breathing, weighted around your own baseline.
Today, answered: straight answers to those six questions every morning, plus one clear message that turns the number into something to do.
Fitness age: how old your body reads. It comes from your sleep, training, resting heart rate and habits, and it has a line behind it so you can watch it fall.
Longevity: a projected lifespan, and the days behind it. Answer a few questions and the estimate sharpens. It moves every time you do, which is the whole point of showing it. An estimate, not science.
VO2 max: your cardio fitness, placed against people your own age instead of left as a bare number.
Daily logging that takes seconds: food, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and how you actually felt. All of it feeds back into your score.
Widgets and an Apple Watch app: your score and this morning's answers on the Home Screen and on your wrist.
Fix a day: when your wearable gets a night wrong, correct it and everything recalculates.
A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DATA
The Woah Coach is a conversation with Woah itself, in its own tab. It sees up to a year of your data, so you are not explaining yourself to a blank chatbot. Set real goals together and every Sunday evening it builds you a concrete plan for the week ahead, then checks in midweek. It remembers what you tell it: an injury, a trip, a habit you are breaking. It can pull up any day you ask about, and it draws charts right in the chat. A wellness coach, not a doctor.
THE LONG GAME
Your Lifestyle status shows how well you have looked after your body over the last 30 days. There is no number to chase, just five honest stages: Building, Steady, Balanced, Thriving, Flourishing. It moves slowly, so habits matter more than any single day. Each week Woah gives you one focus. History and trends show your body responding to what you change.
SHARE IT WITH YOUR PEOPLE
Recovery is easier when someone is in it with you. Pair with the people you care about and each morning you see how they actually slept and recovered. When they are short or flat, you are not guessing why. You choose exactly what you share, you can see who can read it, and you can stop any time. Pairing itself is free.
WHAT YOU NEED
A wearable that tracks your sleep and heart rate overnight and writes it to Apple Health. Apple Watch and Oura give the sharpest readings. Garmin, Whoop and others work too, though some record less overnight detail. No wearable means nothing to read, so this is the one thing Woah cannot do without.
Woah reads it all through Apple Health. Your raw health data stays on your device. Coach conversations never leave your phone. Your data is never sold and never used for ads. Woah is a coach, not a doctor, and none of this is medical advice.
The daily essentials are free for as long as you like: your recovery score, the morning answers, habits, widgets and notifications. The coach, History, your Lifestyle status and the long view of your body come with one simple subscription, and your first 30 days are on me.
