I recently took delivery of a Polar Dive Pro and was excited to get it up and running. Once it was installed and filled with water I had a problem with the shut off valves. I reached out to customer service and within minutes I had a response from Julius. He gave me clear and concise directions as to how I could solve the problem. I was up and operating in no time at all. I expected a quality product but wondered what the customer service would be if I needed it. Really great experience with Polar USA from start to finish. Ordering was easy, and their customer service was awesome anytime I had a question. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, responsive, and made the whole process simple. John was amazing he was responsive to my questions and answered them fully and the fastest time around on emails.
