This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. No AI, real people doing customer service. When my MAX tub was delayed due to a production issue, they sent me an OG tub, for FREE! They are prompt, even on the weekends. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Oh, and I'm completely addicted to cold plunging now (Ironman athlete, 38M)

Great product and Polar Dive customer service knocks it out of the park. The cold plunge is easy to set up and easy to use. So happy with this purchase!
