I recently took delivery of a Polar Dive Pro and was excited to get it up and running. Once it was installed and filled with water I had a problem with the shut off valves. I reached out to customer service and within minutes I had a response from Julius. He gave me clear and concise directions as to how I could solve the problem. I was up and operating in no time at all. I expected a quality product but wondered what the customer service would be if I needed it. Really great experience with Polar USA from start to finish. Ordering was easy, and their customer service was awesome anytime I had a question.
