Plunge! .25 stars. There were errors with cost estimate, sales/product compatibility, delivery, and when it finally was assembled it did not heat or light properly. I have had the unit for two weeks. The tech support people have been friendly though not really listening and they admit they don’t know anything about the product they are troubleshooting beyond what is available in the manual. And even better they are saying their phone system does not allow them to make calls that don’t go straight to voicemail so there is no way of getting them on the phone. Plunge states in their phone answering service they do not take calls but one can be arranged through the app. But that call cannot be made as they are having technical problems as described above. Have you heard only outgoing calls to everyone automatically go to voicemail before? All the while the sales team is sending me multiple texts about purchasing a device I already have that isn’t working! After spending almost 2 full work days on this myself I finally figured out a major issue ( damaged wire) but bypassing it did not and has Not remedied full problem. They are busy sending a wire and connected me to an installer which is helpful thank you. (Not zero stars) this will not fix the totality of the problem. Replacement parts that were sent before today’s wire discovery in an attempt to help were predictably not helpful because they are not listening to me. And there initially were no installation instructions included w the new parts. One of the new parts required 2 people and a complete disassembly of the unit (hours of labor allocated to me) without any confidence it would even address the issue! This might be the worst customer support I have experienced for a product in the price range of thousands of dollars! What are you doing plunge? There is an electrical problem that requires a technician which they have yet to send. Hey plunge I have paid for it. Can you please fix the problem already or admit you don’t know what to do and send somebody or arrange for a new unit and handle the assembly and removal of the defective unit. I would give you more than 1 star if you did that.

It is hard to predict why the plunge will do. Some days eco mode works great, others it is chilling at a temperature all day. Really poorly designed and executed
