i've been using adapt to train for a half marathon as a beginner runner. so far, it's only been a few weeks, but it's been really helpful in helping me adjust to balancing work and school while training. i love that you can also add a ton of other goals, like journaling and meal prepping. will definitely continue using to manage stress and goals without becoming overwhelmed.

Adapt lets me scale down to a small version to keep my momentum going. It’s the first app that replaces all or nothing with actual consistency.
