I spend a lot of time walking but I’m usually focused on someone else (kids, dog). Spanno is giving me the space to actually focus on myself and my fitness during my time outside. I love the coach’s voice (no vocal fry!) and the way she previews the upcoming moves. The tools Spanno is equipping me with are just what I needed this summer to reset how I use my energy during my walks. I have a great sense of accomplishment after my walks!

This fitness app is for anyone looking to turn their walks into workouts. The coaching and upbeat music motivates and guides me without being overwhelming. As a woman in my 40s, it’s the perfect workout for this stage of my life but also wonderful for anyone looking to improve their walking practice. I love that it is backed by research.
