NYC Employees PPO Plan is a Chrome extension that gives NYC employees, pre-Medicare retirees under 65, and their families quick access to the NYCE PPO app. Provided jointly by EmblemHealth and UnitedHealthcare, it expands access to over 78,000 EmblemHealth network doctors in 13 downstate New York counties and over 1.6 million in-network doctors nationwide through the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus network.
