2025-11-03	Ca*****	This app was great in the beginning of the year as a bus substitute, i’d get to places on time and the people were friendly. Recently, there haven’t been many rides available, often ending up in me paying for an uber. Whenever there is a ride available, most of the time I have been ending up late to my destinations so it’s a really big bummer. The drivers are usually friendly or don’t speak which is perfectly fine. But I have had one instance where a driver has been a little snappy even though they were not in front of my house, they were behind it? Also, there has been some times where the app glitches and it’ll go from 19 minutes down to 7 minutes, for example, it’s been doing this since September. This app was very reliable for a few months, I won’t lie about that. But as of now I have been late to work as well as some trains, despite getting a cab an hour in advance because of these issues.
