Middlesex County RIDE On Demand is a new way to get around Middlesex County.

We’re a ridesharing service that’s safe, easy, affordable, and reliable.

With just a few taps, you can book a ride and you’ll be paired with other people headed your way.

HOW IT WORKS:

Book a ride by setting your pick-up and drop-off addresses and indicating if you’re riding with additional passengers.
When you book your trip, you will receive the estimated time the vehicle will arrive and the nearby block where you should meet your driver. The driver's estimated arrival time will automatically update as the vehicle makes its way to meet you.
When your driver arrives, please promptly board the RIDE On Demand branded vehicle.
There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way. You can track your ride and share your status in real time from the app.

SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our corner-to-corner algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of public transit.

AFFORDABLE. Rides are priced similar to, or lower than, other transit services in our area. Middlesex County RIDE On Demand is more than just convenient and safe to use – it’s affordable, too.

Recent reviews

Sorry but some of the drivers stall almost 10 or more minutes until they finally start to drive towards the pickup spot. Sometimes after waiting for them to start driving they cancel the ride and now I’m left waiting almost 30min for the next driver to pick me up when I was supposed to get picked up in 8min. Doesn’t make sense.

I attempt to get a ride from this app everyday and end up just walking because despite searching many drop off and pick up locations it just tells me it can’t find one
