There isn’t enough drivers to meet the amount of teens that want to use it in the summer time to the point that there are days where I’m checking for hours and there is still no drivers available, personally that’s the only problem I have with it it’s great but needs more drivers

There are not enough drivers to meet peak rush hour demand in 2026. So good luck getting a less than 36 minute wait. The app has no support for Live Activities so you get no always-on-screen status of how many minutes are left. Pickup zone has never been increased or resized so you have to walk farther to reach a pickup point. Booking a ride requires way too many steps and screens compared to Lyft and Uber. More than half the time your ride is shared so it takes even longer to get to your destination as two different stops are involved. On the plus side, it’s only $2.50 a ride, the electric cars they do have are smooth, and the drivers get paid hourly.
