As a service member in Norfolk they are unreliable I had to go 5 miles up the road and saw it was 3 car in the area not busy at all and still didn’t have a ride they are unreliable and therefore will never get any of my money just ignorant people and not capable of doing anything then when you try to call the number nobody ever answers
